The Ideal Caseload Method

Build a full, consistent caseload in 30 days without working more hours or relying on pushy sales tactics.

For clinicians and clinic owners who are tired of playing 'let's see how this week goes' with their schedule and income.

Be honest, are you actually in control of your caseload?

Or are you waiting on:

Your clinic owner to fill your schedule?

Passive referrals to come in?

Your social media to eventually work?

If you do get new clients are you confident you can keep them?

If you aren't sure, then working on getting more clients through the door is like filling a bucket full of holes.

You can do it for a while.

But it’s exhausting, and it never actually fixes the leak.

You've probably had this thought at some point: "I know I'm good at what I do...so where are the clients?"

Maybe even this thought... "Why does it seem easier for others? Is there something wrong with me? "

There is nothing wrong with you.

It's that you've never been shown how to build a caseload that actually sustains itself.

And that’s the part that wears on you.

You feel as though you are doing everything right:

  • Delivering quality treatments

  • Going to the networking events

  • Posting online

But what you are not doing is:

  • Creating consistent retention

  • Building trust that converts

  • Treating only those clients that energize you

This isn't about working harder.

If effort were the answer, you'd already be past this. You don't need more people. You need a system. Right now, your caseload is likely built on:

  • whoever books

  • whoever comes back

  • whoever gets referred

Which means you're not seeing regular consistent income.

That's not a strategy.

That's outsourcing your stability.

This is where you stop guessing...and actually start to intentionally build.

Not just fuller.

Not just busier.

But structured in a way that:

  • Increases your income and generates better outcomes for your clients

  • Prevents burnout

  • Allows for predictability

Inside The Ideal Caseload Method™, you're not just learning.

You're discovering how a consistent caseload actually functions.

Module 1

The CEO Math Audit

This is where you stop guessing what "good months" look like.

You define:

• How much you want to earn

• How many clients you need to see

• Where money is leaking out of your business

Right now, your numbers probably feel like a mystery.

After this, they're a plan.

Module 2

The Clinical Inventory Filter

Not every patient should be in your schedule.

You'll identify:

• Which cases actually support your revenue and energy

• Which ones quietly drain both

Think of this like cleaning out a closet that's been "fine" for years.

It works… until you realize half of what's in there doesn't belong anymore.

Module 3

The Confident Care Sequence

This is where most clinicians lose money without realizing it.

You'll fix:

• How you present plans

• How you handle objections

• How you guide patients into full commitment

So you're no longer hoping they say yes.

You're leading the decision.

Module 4

The Referral Catalyst

Right now, referrals probably feel like a bonus.

Sometimes they happen. Sometimes they don't.

This turns them into a system.

So instead of:

"Hopefully they tell someone…"

You have:

A clear, repeatable way your best patients bring in more of the same.

Here's where it starts getting good.

You stop:

• Reacting to your schedule

• Accepting whoever shows up

• Adjusting your income on the fly

And you start:

• Treating your ideal client

• Directing the client journey

• Seeing improved client outcomes

You're no longer trying to "stay busy." You're building something that works, on repeat.

I didn't figure this out because I was naturally good at business.

I figured it out because I was about to leave the profession.

Early on, I was doing everything that should have worked. Seeing patients, getting results, saying yes to anyone who booked, trying to "stay busy."

Some weeks it worked. Some weeks it didn't.

And I was left frustrated, underpaid, and tired of waiting for someone else to fix this for me. I remember thinking "I had no idea it would be this hard."

6 caseloads built | Multiple cities & clinics | Clinicians trained

So I made one decision that changed everything.

Before I quit, I would try it one more time on my own.

And that's when it clicked.

If I wanted a full schedule, I couldn't rely on anyone else. I had to actually understand how a caseload is built.

Over time, I didn't just figure it out once.

I built six different caseloads across different cities, clinics, and stages of business, and eventually trained other clinicians to do the same.

And to be clear, I tried all the usual things first. Posting online, offering discounts, chasing doctor referrals, extending hours to accommodate everyone.

It looked productive. It just wasn't stable.

The real shift happened when I stopped asking, "How do I get more clients?" and started asking, "Why doesn't my caseload hold?"

Because a full caseload isn't about packing your schedule with new people.

It's about building a community of repeat clientele that trusts you.

Once I understood that, everything changed. Not just in how full my schedule was, but in how predictable it became.

This isn't something that worked once, it wasn't luck.

It's a method I've used, tested, and repeated and now teach to clinicians who are done guessing and want something that actually holds.
