I started exactly where you are: as a Physical Therapist building a practice from the ground up. I know the weight of deeply caring for every patient’s experience. But I also realized that if the business relied solely on my hands, its impact was capped—and so was my freedom.

I grew and trained my team and optimized my operations with one clear goal: to build a business so structural and self-sustaining that it was "built to sell." Not because I wanted out, but because a sellable business is a healthy business that can thrive without its founder in the weeds.

I succeeded. After selling my practice, I transitioned into the role of Financial Advisor and COO for a boutique financial firm. There, I went behind the scenes of other women-led companies to master the numbers and systems that separate a "job" from a "legacy."
